DHSES ACADIS Help

STEP 1

Start by visiting the following link: https://lmsportal-dhses.ny.gov/AcadisViewer/Login.aspx

 

STEP 2

If you do not currently have a DHSES ACADIS login, follow the instructions under "New DHSES LMS Users" on the ACADIS homepage, or click HERE.

TIPS
- If taking OFPC courses, your "Training Academy within DHSES" will be "Office of Fire Prevention and Control"
- If you have taken OFPC courses before, ensure that your NYID number is entered to merge previous records
- If you are applying with a Fire Department, your "Primary Discipline" will be "Fire Service"
- For Organization Affiliation, select your Fire Department, NOT St. Lawrence County
- It may take 2-3 days for your account to be verified and created

 

STEP 3

Once logged into the system, select "DHSES Available Trainings" from the top toolbar, then select "Browse"

 

STEP 4

Select "Filters" on the top-right of the screen, then under "Location", select "45 - St. Lawrence County", then click "Apply"

 

STEP 5

Click on the courses you would like to register for, and apply to be in the course. You should get an automated course confirmation notice from the DHSES ACADIS system once the course instructor approves your enrollment.
