Outdoor Recreation
St. Lawrence County is the largest county in New York State geographically, with 2,822 square miles. It is definitely the great outdoors! Almost a third of the county falls in the Adirondack Park, while 75 miles of its border is along the St. Lawrence River. And that is just one of the more than 200 rivers, ponds and lakes that are covering the territory.

And try the small diners for those home-cooked favorites. And after a great meal, find a cozy place to lay your head, whether a cabin by the river or lake, or tucked in the mountains.


Entertainment
Entertainment abounds from the famous Crane School of Music concerts at SUNY Potsdam to the Rt. 56 Drive-In; there is plenty to keep everyone entertained. The St. Lawrence Centre Mall offers a variety in shopping and ice skating year round. Many local bars and restaurants offer live entertainment on the weekends.
