Pursuant to Subtitle A, Section 301 of the Title III Emergency Planning and Right-to-Know Act of the Federal Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986, the Local Emergency Planning Committee was created. This Committee will develop an emergency response plan for St. Lawrence County and review the plan annually.
Membership shall include individuals appointed by the New York State Disaster Preparedness Commission.
