Pursuant to Section 103 of the General Municipal Law, State of New York, Sealed bids will be received at the St. Lawrence County Purchasing Office, 48 Court Street, Canton, New York 13617 until 2:00 p.m., February 29th, 2024 at which time and place they will be opened and read aloud in the Board Room for the purchase of materials to be used by the St. Lawrence County Highway Department for the next twelve months.
