We strongly encourage all vendors to submit proposals as soon as possible. Bidders will be fully responsible for the delivery of their proposals in a timely matter. Reliance upon the US Postal Service or other carriers is at the bidder's risk. Late proposals will not be considered. It is the intent to offer this public proposal opening in Zoom format as well as in-person.
