Sealed proposals will be received at this office, where they will be opened and read aloud for the following services for St. Lawrence County;
(2022-04) RFP Pre– Construction Asbestos / Hazardous Material Survey and Project Monitor Services

We strongly encourage all vendors to submit proposals as soon as possible. Bidders will be fully responsible for the delivery of their proposals in a timely matter. Reliance upon the US Postal Service or other carriers is at the bidder's risk. Late proposals will not be considered. It is our intent to offer this public proposal opening in Zoom format as well as in-person.
