On November 21, 2023 President Biden released a Proclamation that all flags are to be flown at half-staff as a mark of respect for the memory of the former first lady, Rosalynn Carter. Flags will be at half-staff starting November 25, 2023 and will remain at half-staff until sunset on the day of First Lady's interment.
