St. Lawrence County is holding an online only real estate auction for the County’s Tax Foreclosed Real Properties. The online auction conducted by Auctions International starts Saturday, September 11th of 2021 and will begin to close Saturday, September 25th of 2021 at 10:00 am.
Over 100 parcels located across St. Lawrence County will be up for auction.
In order to participate in this online auction, all interested parties must complete an online bidder registration packet and create an online bidding account with Auctions International. Once completed, potential bidders must mail their registration packet (and required documentation) to: Auctions International, Inc., 11167 Big Tree Rd., East Aurora, NY 14052, to be received in their office by September 22nd of 2021. There are no exceptions.
