The St. Lawrence County Public Health Department is hosting a first dose COVID-19 (Pfizer) vaccine clinic for adolescents 12-17 years with an accompanying parent or legal guardian only, on Saturday, May 22nd from 9am – 4pm at the St. Lawrence University Leithead Field House, by appointment only
- If a child is not accompanied by a parent/legal guardian, the Parental Consent Form must be filled out.
This clinic is not for the general public – Pfizer is also available at local pharmacies.
