St. Lawrence County is holding an online only real estate auction for the County's Real Property Tax Foreclosed Properties. The online auction conducted by Auctions International starts Friday, October 16th of 2020 and will begin to close Monday, October 26th of 2020 at 10:00 am.
Over 100 parcels located across St. Lawrence County will be up for auction. Among them: over 1500 acres of vacant land, several waterfront parcels including an island and residential and commercial property.
In order to participate in this online auction, all interested parties must complete an online bidder registration packet and create an online bidding account with Auctions International. Once completed, potential bidders must mail their packet (and required documentation) to: Auctions International, Inc., 11167 Big Tree Rd, East Aurora, NY 14052 by October 22nd, 2020. There are no exceptions.
