This Corporation was created to develop, construct, and lease a Modern Human Services Center, which replaced various antiquated County offices, and to address any incidental item connected with that purpose.
Membership shall include no less than three (3) and no more than nine (9) members. They include the individuals named in the Certificate of Incorporation and they shall hold a term of three years, and until their successors have been duly elected and qualify. All members shall be appointed by the Board of Legislators.
Term: Three years.
